Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and then into a mix of new and old small French Oak barrels. The three red varietals were each matured separately in wood for a period of 13 to 15 months and then blended together for bottling
Ripe, juicy raspberry, mulberry aromas with hints of chocolate, layers of spice and red berry fruit which fill the entire mouth and leaves you interested with a lingering aftertaste. Well integrated and seamless tannins which emphasize spice on the lengthy finish.
Ready for drinking now or in the next 6 years.
